RETURN TERMS

Our company protects the consumer rights of our valued customers and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction.
Any dissatisfaction with the products you have purchased, any problems arising from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
Product return requests are made within the following criteria, based on the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502:
In legally made online sales (sales with distance contracts), consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason.


For purchases made on www.ganiyalcin.com we support the return of unused products with an invoice for up to 30 days.
Some of our products in our online sales channels are not offered for sale in our stores.
 
IMPORTANT-1: Color and size can be changed in online shopping. You can send the product you want to exchange to us free of charge with our contracted cargo. After the change is made, the product will be shipped as you pay the shipping. In other words, 1 shipping fee in exchange belongs to the customer.
Specify the product description to be changed as a NOTE in the cargo when sending the product.
You can do your return and exchange transactions on desen.com.tr website. In return and exchange transactions, the product invoice/waybill must be submitted. Otherwise, the refund will not be possible.


 
IMPORTANT-2: If you purchase GNY HAZIR GİYİM TEKSTİL SAN. TRADE. LTD. STI. products on Trendyol.com, N11.com, Hepsiburada.com and Morhipo.com, you are subject to the return/change and shipping conditions of the relevant website. The directions below are only valid for designs.com.tr orders!
 
IMPORTANT-3: Underwear, Tuxedos, Accessory Sets, Perfume All Accessory group products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the products.
 
IMPORTANT-4: You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products, just as you do in our stores. However, in case of return, it must be sent with its original packaging.
 
IMPORTANT-5: For cash on delivery purchases, you will be asked for your account number and your account will be refunded within 7 working days.
The products to be returned must not contain perfume, lotion or a deodorant that will leave a heavy odor or mark.
 
The shipping fee for all shipments made on returns belongs to our company.
